- Delivered the £2bn Energy Bills Support Scheme - a government-audited programme putting financial support into households during the energy crisis, to a fixed national deadline.
- Led the migration of 7 million customers off SAP IS-U onto a new platform - one of the largest utility data migrations in the UK market.
- Delivered against Ofgem regulatory obligations including price cap compliance - where accuracy and auditability are the design constraints, not afterthoughts.
